Sweetwater
Elementary School is a SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools)
accredited institution with just over 300 students. We are the home for all 3rd
and 4th grade children living in Sweetwater, Tennessee and attending public
school. Sweetwater is located in Monroe County and has the benefits of being a
small, rural town, yet is within an hour's drive of both Knoxville and
Chattanooga.

committed to providing a nurturing and safe environment. It is our
responsibility to help students to help students develop as responsible citizens
